How to Fix SSL VPN Configuration File Unable to Download Error in Sophos User Portal

In this article, I will talk about why you cannot download the SSL VPN Configuration File in the Sophos XG Firewall User Portal.

First of all, you need to have the SSL VPN setup in our article correctly. Even if you do it right, you cannot download this configuration file unless you fill in the Default certificate.

You can fill in the Default certificate by following the steps below.

After logging into the Firewall, we click on the Certificates button under System.

Then we go to Certificate authorities.

Here we press the edit button to edit the Default certificate.

Fill in the information here and press the save button. After completing these steps as in the images, you can download the configuration file by logging into the Sophos User Portal again.
